Whinlatter MTB trails

Anyone know what their condition is at the moment?
I might have an option to go up there next week and was considering their trails. My OH has to go over to Workington for the day with work and I could wrangle a lift with the bike...

Dunno but they are pretty rocky/hard surfaces.

was wondering how much snow was left there tbh... it could make it too tricky for my skill level! the hard rocky stuff I can manage on the whole (when my head does not find it that is...)... tis my only option for getting out at the moment on anything technical

It's patchy on high ground. Most of the snow has gone but some of the deeper drifts are still there.

I distinctly remember partaking of some excellent walnut cake last time I was there.. it was a couple of year ago though.

thanks - had seen about the closure - would be there 2 days beforehand...
