Two tunes which regularly get an airing (I memorised the words early on!) are 'Tourist Leggo' and 'Vvian Richards', by that great soca man King Short Shirt.
I bought the original album in Barbados (1975  ), after hearing in at some cricket reception during a tour there (Garfield Sobers bought me banana daquiris, Wes Hall and Charlie Griffiths, Joel Garner and allsorts of power players autographed my bat - the Carribean Pepperpot was the place to be... ah Summer!)
I hope to get this album back one day.
So. Listen to a snippet of Tourist Leggo, and a tribute to Vivian Richards, from one Antiguan King to another - dynamite!

Enjoy the sun!

Oh, yes. It's very funny - the movie's especially good. It's a bit like the Simpsons, there are some very sophisticated things going on with the humour.

:becool:

Back to summer tunes, rock and roll baby!!

I'm guessing the links work, I can't get youtube at work so can't check the quality of the recording, the music in its best recorded form is superb, any road up.
