Whisky - Cold weather companion

You want a nice barley wine or an imperial russian stout on a cold day.

The special edition ones are great, you can really taste the sea.

I'd rather taste the whisky.

When I want to taste the sea in my whisky I'll sprinkle a little salt in it.

I used to say Laphroaig, but since a minister of the Church of Scotland friend of my fiance brought out a bottle of Edradour, it would be hard to say which is favourite.
