Tesco still have some offers on Whiskies! Glenlevit at £20. Highland Park £20 Old Pultney at £20? That keeps changing price every time I go in!! Jura £20, I'm not a big fan of Jura it's a wee bit smokey in flavour, although there's a nice after taste with it. One of my favourites is TullaMore Dew the Irish Whiskey, it's a very mellow taste and boy oh boy does it go down easy. Like Bushmells and for the money I'd highly recommend the 12, YO Glenmarnoch from ALDI it's a really top notch whisky.

Be careful... in my local Tesco Express, that reduced bottle of Jura is only a half bottle (35cl), and therefore extortionate! Co-op have Jura 70cl for £20.

Having been drinking Jura for the last few bottles. i decided a change would be nice so got a bottle of JD instead... filthy stuff!

Lagavulin is good for chain cleaning and putting in trifle.

If you ever get given a Lagavulin, I'll swap it with some chain cleaner and some fine trifle sherry. And pay postage.

The Jura in our local Tesco was the normal full 70cl, they also have Arberlour 10, YO for £18, Not a bad drop of Malt Whisky.

Don't tell the wife.But having taken afew larger portions of the fine Singleton over the festive season i have upset the lining of my stomach.I first did this in Lanzarote doing the same thing.Whisky chasers.I am just going to struggle through till New Year then give it all a rest.
