Who cycled to work today?

Sadly no, out on the razz after work tonight so I was on the train today.

Back on the bike tomorrow, though .. hopefully it will clear my head.

Lots of snow in the village, just depressing-looking slush further out.

Me. Cold and wet, but less slippy than yesterday.

I've had to resort to using my old hybrid to feel a bit more securely rooted to the tarmac... feels like I'm dragging an elephant behind me when compared with my normal bike.

Ha, A lot of its melting now but I think I'm going to take the bus back tonight.Slippery snow is one thing when its light but in the dark....

I didn't but I've got some broken ribs so I think I can be let off. I stupidly cycled yesterday and my ribs weren't happy this morning.

Wet and windy for me...and the ride to work was rough as well

I didn't ride in...On each of my last 5 rides to work I've had a puncture. Got no more patches in my repair kit (plenty of glue left over! do yo find that as well?) and the spare inner is shot.

Dumb question coming up - do they just repair themselves? I mean do you have any chest support plastercast or anything?

South Manchester was OK, just a bit windy. I needed to be in the office early; I was out of the house at 7 o'clock, which gave me 35minute window with no rain. I'm hoping that most of the wet weather will be gone for the ride home.

Cycled most of my commute. I had to walk the first half mile: steep downhill with lots of ice - car drivers were abandoning their vehicles and the bus at the bottom was staying at the bottom. Once on the main road it was fine.

Yes. It was just cold and wet this morning. Miserable but not scary.

I rode the bike today but to be honest it was probably the best day of the the week and it wasn't even a Carlsberg ad.
