I think it was actually a SMIDSY with a ridiculously dangerous undertake of the car being the idiots main priority. Either way, that's one that needs reporting and the license going.

Wasn't that Vauxhall turning right and the BMW undertook it using the cycle lane. I wonder if he never see the cyclist and the cyclist is lucky to have not been hit. Either way needs removing from the road.
