Just a memory now, but now that I am retired have less spare time than I used to!

No. Office closed. Unfortunate as being a contractor, I'm not being paid. But I'm also recuperating from shoulder surgery, office being closed is the reason why I had the op at Christmas. I'd probably be signed off anyhow

Some of us were working yesterday too but after today's shift I'm done for the year

Yes I'm at my desk. Weds-Fri are normal working days in my company, although many have put leave in so they don't have to come back, and the office is really quiet.
I'm actually glad of the break from the bickering and arguing at home, and I also get to clear a bit of a backlog of outstanding items so I can start the new year afresh.

Teensy bit of work this morning and will do some this afternoon while watching the darts

Tomorrow it's that there Laaaandan to chair an AGM. I have learned my lesson and I will try not to stop at the top of flights of steps while there

Brucie bonus was the Virgin 1st class sale so snagged a Stockport - London return for £50

I'm lucky enough to have the week off, but had the week from hell just before it trying to finish all the outstanding jobs plus all that was booked in as usually.

I work right through the Christmas period and we have our Christmas celebrations usually in the 2nd week in January when everyone has gone back to work and its quiet. The mid January Christmas is catching on particularly amongst the retail staff who are too tired for the old traditional 25th Dec day

I was in yesterday and today, just til 2pm though. It's been a busy one.
Roads were quiet this morning, but traffic was awful on the ride home.
