Who makes the nicest looking bikes

Almost any small bike handmade bike company will make bikes that are better looking than any of these bigger commercial companies. You'd usually have to pay a fair bit and wait for sometimes up to a year or two to get the end product though.

I don't actually think I have ever seen a bike I have gone wow over re styling. Put Pendleton on any bike and I will still look at Pedleton!
