Who remembers the Portsmouth Sinfonia?

Out on my bike ride yesterday afternoon, I thought of the Portsmouth Sinfonia. Don't know why, but the notion flitted into the transom of my mind and lodged there. A side-effect was that I broke into spontaneous sniggering. I was delighted to find one of their most famous pieces on Youtube and am posting a link so that others might savour one of the finer things in life:-
