Who rides in a Red Bull Helmet?

Out on Sunday and saw a bunch of road cyclists coming towards us.
One of them was in a red bull helmet - like Wout or Pidcock.

But I doubt he was either of them - not in pro kit.

I don't believe they sell them - anyone know who the rider in the North West is with the Red Bull helmet?
