Who supplies the LBSs......interesting (to me at least :) )

I also don't have the physical strength in my arms to do a lot of mechanical things, I've even got a very sore hand after getting some very tight tyres on and off rims the other day, which isn't great before ride London tomorrow! I can't get pedals off for example and often struggle with tightened bolts.

It is what it is, so I either need to call upon a friend or go to a shop. Luckily I earn enough to be able to make up for my frailties and injuries

apparently ribble supply to the trade (there's a trade website); one of my lbs can get anything from ribble and i would pay the same as if ordering online, minus the delivery fee. never used this as the shop is rarely open when i'm home, whereas the internet is always on…
