that used to ride with his head crocked to one side? It was quite distinctive. My wife used to like him (could identify him), haven't seen him this year.

Is it Tony Rominger but it may not be, or it could've been Sammy Morrels - going back for that one though.

The tilting of the head is to do with how you sit on the bike/set-up.

He was at the tour last year. For some reason I think he might have been Spanish in a Danish team, or Danish in a Spanish team.

He used to twist his head as if he was shattered - but always looked like that.

He was Spanish and a team mate of Valverde, he was pushing hard and helping Valverde the day he beat Armstrong to an uphill finish in the 2005 (?) TdF. He then got tied up with Porto thing and subsequently dropped off the main teams and the last I heard of him he was riding for a local (Spanish) team. Francisco Mancebo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always looked like he was really struggling to me. The tilting head did nothing for his riding. The ugliest riding i've ever seen
