have frozen on the inside?
Mine have. The net curtain in the landing was touching the window and got frozen to it as well. It's quite thick ice so it's hard to see out in parts now. They have iced on the inside in previous years but I don't recall it being this thick before.

We've got ice on our one remaining single-glazed window, which has never happened before.

Yup! Yesterday morning. I went to look out of the window and noticed the condensation (I assume?) had frozen ;)

Not today though

Crikey i havnt seen that in years. As kids we lived in married quarters with iron window frames. Any icy weather, there'd be crazy ice patterns on the inside of the glass. Blue hands when you woke up and steam coming out yer nostrils. Bugger it was cold ;). We only had a coke boiler in the kitchen and a coal fire in the living room. The houses were so poorly insulated it made virtually no difference.

Had ice on inside of bedroom windows this morning... temp reading locally (acc to forecast widget on my mobile) was -9C at 6am, when I got up. Haven't had ice inside since I was a kid... oh, except for first house I lived in when I was a student... remember having to boil a kettle to melt the ice in the loo, there ;)

I really miss that. I used to love that as a kid. Crittle (sp?) windows were the best for Jack Frost's artwork.
Stupid soulless doubleglazing.

I rent and wish we had Double Glazing. Luckily the heating has survived being on constantly for the last few weeks.

The windows in our old corner shop room (which has no heating) have a little ice on them. It's a cold room, becaues two whole walls are made of glass.;) The utility room at the back of the house is single skinned, never mind single glazed, so the windows in there are practically solid ice.

My front door this morning (wooden with frosted glass windows towards the top), was frozen this morning. It sometimes leaks in places, and I have frozen icicles on the inside where water had started to run down and then frozen. I should have taken a picture! It was a bit stiff to open this morning too, so I'm wondering if it froze stuck.

Thankfully my bedroom is lovely and warm as I have a portable oil filled radiator on a timer full blast in there. My bedroom window is the only one that wasn't frozem this morning!
