Oil based paints and plastic seals on the windows? You're messing with nature!

There is nothing wrong with appreciating the natural world, and being concerned about the environment - I just think it's wrong to think of the human species as more or less stupid than the other species.

Other animals destroy stuff to the maximum of their ability too, and it's a fantasy that there is such a thing as a "natural balance". Everything else out there is eating, shitting and farking their way to oblivion just as much as they can - we're just more efficient at it.

don't you mean... we're evolving, just like everything else is. :okay:

Doesn't look good for Sun readers, although I've seen a few like this already!
But it's nothing we couldn't have predicted.

I was just listening to my Hotel California LP and was thinking the same thing as The Last Resort was playing.

The Last Resort is one of my favourite songs . I'm surprised nobody has mentioned wasps yet .....

When nature produces such wonderful things like flowers why do we mess with it so much.

And yes I know we can't feed the world with plants but it makes you think

Lots of examples in that first pic' of meddling with nature for your benefit - I guess you'd be pretty stumped without that big pane of glass there.

I guess we all draw the line in different places!

There is much hypocrisy around saving the planet et al - esp' from celebrities/royalty/politicians who sagely advise us of what we need to do whilst fitting about the globe by air travel at a rate of which is beyond most of us. Or by driving extra large prestige cars or by living in houses big enough for umpteen families not just one.
