Err - cos I can't do that .... but wish that I could. I thought it was just going to be about walking up stairs vs taking the lift.

+1. How does he get round those 180 degree bends??

I always tried to take the stairs (walking) when I was away on business. Business travel tends to limit scope for exercise. Usually I would beat the lift anyway (over 2 or 3 floors) - but not over 49 floors.

He must have a pair of shoulders on him. Well done!

I note, also, that there is an enlightening video on the merits of polka-dot clothing,( Skal vi danse...) with a nice sounding animated discussion between two wearers. A happy video!

Why didn't he cycle down?

Talking of lifts, reminds me of these new fire posters our landlord put up in our house. Apparently, we can't use our lift if there's a fire ...they've also put up fire escape signs...as if I didn't know where the front and back door were - haha. (I'm sure it's just silly legal stuff they have to do)

Impressive stuff, great dedication to his Dad, top man. Good link Dayvo, cheers mate.
