If you want to see OTHER women apart from your wife/girfriend/partner with their tits out, get online, find your nearest nudist beach or go to a strip club.

It'll be less embarrassing for you than posting this rubbish.

reads better.

So why has he got a penis and balls?

Indeed.....

It still does not any judgement in the image

It is possible to be technically female and have both appendages

If others wish to make preconceived judgements, then please feel free

Having considered this thread from all the angles I've concluded its nothing but a storm in a D cup ...,

I was hoping as the resident nutrition expert, you would comment on the Vitamin D and B12 assertions I quoted from the book, before the oh-so-much-more-mature contributors get the thread locked.

If it was penis then surely the accompanying embellishment would be testicles, otherwise it should be cock and balls.

It's actually a butcher's chart for cannibals :okay:

So willy waving is worth merely 1%.

Not necessarily

There are different body forms
Hmmmm... there is a distinct lack of breasts (taking 'flat chested' to its extreme, I'd say).

There's also a complete absence of nipples - which is not good, whether male or female.

With reflection.... I must also admit that choosing an image without a mouth, eyes, nose or ears may be seen as being seen as being insulting to the visually challenged, vocally challenged, aurally challenged, or those with eating disorders

The lack of an anus WAS a judgemental one, but only to prevent any Katie Hopkins jokes

Actually, my daughter is the Nutritionist, I'm just the humble Food Scientist in the family .....

But yes, I agree with the basic assertion, however supplements are available and some products such as margerine, bread etc are fortified too.
B12 is hard to get from plant sources so supplements seem to be the only way here. I often wonder whether the fact that B12 comes from such an unusual source that the great biochemist in the sky meant us to be omnivores.
On the subject of Vegan/Vegetarian nutrition, Iodine intake tends to be low too as one of the major sources is cows milk.

I read somewhere that vegans in India didn't have a problem with B12 deficiency, because the dried pulses contain enough insect parts to provide a good source of it, but with our higher food purity standards in the west, vegans need supplements.

So just eat a cockroach with your dahl.
