I promised Mrs @BoldonLad that we would acquire E-Bikes, when we reached 75 years of age. Whoops! suddenly, we are 75, how did that happen?
So, I have been looking at E-Bikes. We want hybrid type, and, not too heavy (need to occasionally carry on Thule carrier on car, and in Motorhome, plus the inevitable manhandling around obstacles on trails etc). We don't do MTB type trails, mainly quite roads and cycle trails, so, no requirement for suspension. The area we live in is reasonably flat, but, we do travel to hilly areas (in UK and mainland Europe). Range of 60 miles should be adequate.
The Whyte Clifton appears to fit the bill, for me at least (Mrs @BoldonLad will require a step through).
Anyone out there got one? if yes, are you happy with it?
