Wifey permission for LEJOG!

Got the OK to undertake LEJOG from wifey today. Yes!!

I said how I didn't want to just ride and ride and ride each day and do it as fast as I could but rather pick a nice, scenic route and do it over 3-4 weeks. She was all for it. I wonder if she's happy to be rid of me for a while?

Anyway, hope to do it June 2013. Route suggestions welcome.

You;ll get a lot of variants offered. You can't beat making your own route and following it. Three to four weeks is a very relaxed pace and you could slot in a coast to coast while you are at it.

Wifely objections to absences are because of the potential loss of someone to warm their feet on.

When you get to Scotland, especially past Stirling, avoid the A9...
