WiFi CCTV with recurring phone notification. Recommendations.

My detached garage has power and WiFi. I have done pretty much all I can within reason in terms of slowing down entry into the garage.

I bought a Eufy E20 camera which works off a battery (though mains powered would be fine as well) and sends a notification to my phone via WiFi.

For £60 it is really good and the motion detection is pretty faultless.

My only negative is the notification to my phone. Like other apps it is a single tone noise. I doubt that would always wake me in the night.

Anybody got a similar setup which has some form of recurring notification which would not be missed at night etc?

I can choose the noise but all of them are a single chime if that makes sense. There is no way of making it repeat until acknowledged.

I use the Prof Reminder app on my Android phone. That is highly customisable.

I can change the notifications on mine - I've a Lorex camera in the garage and my notification is just to vibrate, it keeps vibrating even if I've not acknowledged it - I can have say 10 or more notification's showing against the app. You change it in the phone's notification settings, not the app.

Notifications settings are the problem most can be changed or set to suit your needs.

I've yet to 'accidentally' set off the 'alarm' function when my son is working in the garage, or shout down the mic to him.... saving that.

Sorted now and thanks for the input. Been shown how to download a custom noise and make it last for 5 seconds, which should be good enough.

i use an app that repeats notifications for apps that i choose , im sure there are plenty out there similar

Can you not wire the door handles to the mains, saves the need for an alert?
