First off they send the wrong item on one order.

Next on a second order (advertised as in stock) they don't even bother to let me know it's out of stock until they have taken my money and I have had to send two e mails asking where the item is as it took so long to 'not arrrive'. Then they send an email saying it's actually out of stock and they cant give me any idea as to a delivery date.

Shocking and unprofessional service IMHO.

Am sending them a bag of empty Haribo and never using them again.

Bah.

I too am a bit disgruntled with the Wigglemiesters. I ordered a couple of their lights that were on sale, which were " in stock". They have not yet arrived, when I checked my account I am informed that they are on back order, and that I can not cancel the order.

No one contacted me to let me know, I had to find out for myself. No overly pleased if I'm on honest.

Well. I got Haribos, and a box of gels/energy tablets as a freebie, and the order was here 48hrs after ordering :smile:

I used them for the first and last time last week, paid £4.99 for "guaranteed next day delivery", three days, a nervous breakdown on the phone, and a wasted Saturday waiting in all day, my stufff arrived. One word....crap:angry:

they have been good until now...but two errors in a row, and more importantly and attitude of ...oh well..your problem mate isn't what I expect from them...so i'll simply take my money elsewhere.
