England : Derbyshire Wiggle White Peak sportive, 13 October

Kilo to Go are running the Wiggle White Peak sportive on Sun 13th October; http://www.kilotogo.com/index.php?option=event_detail&event_id=71

The distances are 60 and 84 miles.

Is anyone else on here planning to ride it? I'm entered on the 84-miler as this is my deferred entry from March's cancelled Cheshire Cat ride ( http://www.cyclechat.net/threads/2013-cheshire-cat.115490/ ).

I doesn't really matter as the only time anyone will see you is as you disappear into the distance

Yep, I'm rinding this one as a replacement for the Cat too.

Unfortunatley, for various reasons I've not ridden anything like as much as normal in the last few weeks, so I suspect It's going to be "interesting".
Think I'll just pootle allong at the back this time

@Kestevan - I'll be riding the Secteur, with a white helmet which has green stripes and most likely in a Ravensthorpe CC green/white/black jersey.

However, as I've got to be back pretty earlier I'll probably be shifting!

Yep - and a thoroughly unpleasant ride it was too. Very windy, very wet and just "nasty".

Unlike you , my sense of sanity prevailed and I turned right at the split point and took the short route back.
