Hello I thought there might be some Triathlon swimmers here and that is why I am making this post about Wiggle. I am having real problems making a return and there seems to be little or no functioning customer service. I therefore wouldnt recommend buying a wet suit from them as these so often need to be sent back and exchanged.

Welcome! Doubtless they will will blame their poor service on C-19. They might be right, of course...Or just not as good at wetsuits as at bikes.

Wiggle are brilliant and I've never had an issue with them from hundreds of orders.

You don’t need to speak to anyone.

Go to your account
Click on orders
Find the order in question
Click on return an item
Select the item to return and reason why
Confirm your details and how you want to send back
If not collect plus pay the postage and print label

job done.
Just done a return today for a stem and rim tape as I ordered two sizes to save a second order.
