Without confusing threads, I managed to wade through another large chunk of Millar's book last night/this am and there was a very interesting and disappointing bit surrounding Brad.

It surrounded the Slipstream (Garmin?) team just pre Brad joining Sky and Brad not doing his turn on the front of their train for their sprinter to finish off. The team had apparently given everything to Brad and his GC efforts and the plan was for Brad to be last lead out man. 2nd last chap peals off looking over his shoulder and no Brad - he was coasting back in the bunch. HAdn't even bothered letting them know he wasn't interested apparently. ANyway, sprinter left with too much to do obviously.

Now whilst there appears to be no love lost between Millar and Brad, the above surprised me. Especially when one considers that Brad in yellow led out Cav in 2012 brilliantly wiping the floor with everyone else. So, has Brad matured or is he really so single minded and selfish that mixing it and riding WITH/FOR Froome will be impossible? Guess we simply do not know until.......
