wild wales challenge

    That looks pretty cool actually. Just emailed my mate to see if she's up for it. Never heard of the Wild Wales challenge before!

    I’ve done this twice and it’s a great ride. It’s the hills, which make it a challenge. Just make sure you train well and get your nutrition/energy drinks right before the event.

    One thing I find amazing is the variety of bikes used; I used my Longstaff 26 inch wheel-touring bike. Just make sure you have the gears to cope with those hills, or the leg power.:rolleyes:

    I've ridden it 4 or 5 times. It's always a really good day out. And I'm just starting to repeat a few of the roads - the routes are always different. :blush: :biggrin:
