Agree.Phone them up and talk to them. I have found them to be very helpful in a proper conversation.
May take a while to be answered, but the advisers are very helpful. Make sure you note the name of said adviser and take notes of evrything they tell you.

Earlty this year when I spoke to an adviser and was able to point out an anomily, He said he would action a full check of my tax position prior to April as said anomily obviously wasn't a good thing.
Let's face it, the tax situation is a minelfiled and even the tax 'experts' sometimes struggle to deal with it especially as there are so many folk trying to fiddle their returns.
