I know the restrictions for new joiners can be a pain, but the spam that would result from not having them is also a pain.When you're able, post up a separate thread in the for sale section with pictures. I'm not in the market for buying, I just like looking at pictures of old bikes. Sadly for your sale prospects, that's probably true of quite a few of us on here.

Thats fine mate, its just having to make several posts when personally what i know about bikes you could write on a matchbox, am just trying to help my dad sell his old bikes. i could just make 3 posts and put some pictures on i suppose just not mention that their for sale.

One of my early bikes was an EG Bates BAR model. Second hand in 1964, so don't know how old it really was, but it was a lovely bike, with 26" hp wheels, Benelux gears, steel handle bars etc. was a great ride, but had to go for a bike with alloy chain set and sprints.
