The heavy snow that was falling in Leicester has just turned to rain, the roads are staying clear and I've just loaded the car which was not at all iced - things are looking up.

If not, I'm on the Eurostar this afternoon and that's running (approximately a 50% timetable), so you could always take a train to London and catch that.
