Winter Bib Tights for Men

I highly recommend Hincapie Sportswear. Excellent kit

I am after some new tights, after destroying the last pair. Turns out falling off and lycra doesn't mix too good.
My max budget is £80 ideally the cheaper the better, but comfort/warmth is key.

Can anyone help?
Size wise im just short of 6ft 3, i know some companies stuff fits better than others.

I got some Sugoi ones and while the fit and comfort are excellent, the pad area material started to bobble and pull very quickly. Would be ok depending on your mileage expectations.
