does anyone have recommendations for good front lights? i.e. ones that i can actually see with, not just be seen by other raod users? theres another thread going on in this forum about cateye uno's, someone mentioned buying 2 of them and aiming them differently on the bars, for maximum light spread. seems a cheaper option than the £200 twin headlight kits out there (i'm poor)...

You'll probably find some threads on the Tesco Cree, I've got one, it a great cheap alternative; I wish I'd bought 2 now

I'm also looking for some lights.

I've got a road bike but have got some cross top brakes on it as well so I'm not sure where to get a light that doesn't have to sit on top of the handle bars. I'm probably being completely stupid but does anyone have any suggestions?

There's probably another solution but a space saver may help.
