Winter training frame

Ok long story short my fuji roubaix winter bike frame is no more after havering a knackered bottom bracket seized in it! So I'm going to use the rest of it to build a new one...are there any recommendations for a cheap frame..
I was looking at the kenisis t2 or something similar...

LBS managed to re tap the frame woohoo thank feck
