I've recently moved from a PC to a laptop. The PC was connected to an external hard drive and would back up overnight once a week. I want to continue doing this, but without the faff of having to plug it all in.
I know you can get wireless hardware to do this, but know nothing about it. Any recommendations of something suitable, reliable and not overpriced?
Thanks.

I used to use
Mozy worked great, although I stopped using it last week as they have removed the unlimited plan and the amount of data I back up would cost a fortune. I think they still offer a free 2gig service which is probably good enough for most peoples emails and docs (not pics & music though)
I have switched to
Crashplan as they still have unlimited accounts, but also, if you don't want to backup to their servers the software is free and allows you to backup between a few of your own computers or even your friends - nice touch - I use this to backup GF's mac laptop to my desktop. They offer a 30 day free trial to their online backup service.
