Good video. Love to be good enough to fell run but I'm just not, plain and simple.
Horses for courses - I guess that it is what you are used to.....With running, it's all over in a fraction of the time required by cycling.
You should have cycled with me enough to know how bad I am going uphill, well I'm just the same running as cyclingWhy not come down and try a race in the Shropshire Series, next year ? . . . . . . . most of the runners go to the nearest pub afterwards, for a beer or two - what's not to like ? Frankly, I'd rather do a fell race, than take part in yet another 10 mile or half marathon.
As with cycling, the bit that I find especially difficult, is the descending - especially on the more 'technical' courses. Get yourself a pair of Walsh shoes and you'll be good to go.
cycling adds another dimension which I am grateful to have experienced
