Good video. Love to be good enough to fell run but I'm just not, plain and simple.

She makes it look easy.
I'd love to be able to run but my left knee just gives way... suppose I should get it checked, might be a simple correction. Easier just to ride my bike now.

Why not come down and try a race in the Shropshire Series, next year ? . . . . . . . most of the runners go to the nearest pub afterwards, for a beer or two - what's not to like ? Frankly, I'd rather do a fell race, than take part in yet another 10 mile or half marathon.

As with cycling, the bit that I find especially difficult, is the descending - especially on the more 'technical' courses. Get yourself a pair of Walsh shoes and you'll be good to go.

Horses for courses - I guess that it is what you are used to.....With running, it's all over in a fraction of the time required by cycling.
 Exactly how I feel about it... It's the intensity of the exercise that's so good about running.... I couldn't freewheel on the easy bits! That's what I'm sad about.... a cycling friend has just taken up running again to save time, it would be great to run too.

You should have cycled with me enough to know how bad I am going uphill, well I'm just the same running as cycling

she said you can go anywhere and run, I'd like to see her on the M25. So not quite anywhere.

Great video. Excellent scenery and music plus I love the sentiment. I'd love to have that environment on my doorstep to run in (plus the collie too ).

I can echo several of the comments above - I run more than cycle - run for exercise, cycle for transport and holidays/touring.

If I could still run I'd probably still be a runner but cycling adds another dimension which I am grateful to have experienced.
