Wiskey N Coke

I am sorry, I need to confess. I am Scottish and I don't like whisky. People keep buying me bottles of malt. I smile and thank them gracefully, then I drink it with coke when no-one is looking.

I've also been given a litre of Bells that I don't like the idea of drinking straight so could do with some ideas of how to use it up please.

Whisky sauce. Or have it in coffee. Or perhaps when someone in the house gets a cold, mix it up with lemon juice, honey and boiling water. But don't drink it straight.

I did have a whisky and orange pudding recently that was delicious so could try and make one of those and make it quite strong.
