which to be honest astounded me. I've never really seen this type of thing in Glasgow.

Well dressed business type guy shouting and arguing with a black guy. Something to do with bumping into him.

The black guy says to him "you are very rude. A very rude man. I am apologising to you"

The business guy shouts "I'm not f*cking interested, why don't you just f*ck off home ya (sounds like trigger word)"

Maybe I'm naive but I've never heard this type of thing in Glasgow. Business guy didn't really have a Scottish accent so maybe not from here but still. Outrageous

Got racially abused by some Scot whilst riding my bike in England. He got on his toes when I went to discuss the matter with him.

My introduction to shocking English racism came when I was pushing through the door of a shop with a young black woman who had a tiny baby in a buggy. An elderly bloke came through the other way, looked at the baby and snarled: "Cor blimey, anuvver little ni**er!"

The business guy sounds like a prime @rseh0le, I'm not entirely surprised to hear he's seen fit to add racist tw@t to his portfolio.

Yes I can't think of many people of whom I could say "Well, they're lovely, except for the racist stuff..."

Let's all hope the business guy has a coronary over Xmas, sounds like he's building up to one.

On a bus with Miss t when she was still in her buggy an old codger walked up to me and said, 'You know we are the only English people on this bus?'
To which I swiftly replied,'No entiendo.'

Classic-o. Well done-o.

I think you'll find that ignorance transcends race/nationality/geography and everything else.

He just needed a Glasgow kiss.

While I would normally agree, Glasgow has always been slightly different as a city. Most of the idiots who would conform to this type of attitude, predjudice and behaviour in other cities are more consumed with the age old shite of what school you went to. Are you a Catholic or protestant to be bothered with the ethnic minorities.

But as I said in the original post I doubt the guy was from Glasgow from his accent

When I was in my early 20's I used to go clubbing a lot. On one occasion one of my mates, a Chinese guy, heard the guys behind him making slanty eye, nip nip kind of comments so he spun round, glared and asked them "You ever heard of the triads?" They didn't bother him again
