Woman thinks its funny to hold me and other traffic up on purpose

I was doing a little bit of filtering over a bridge when I chose to enter the traffic again behind a white VW MPV. There was a car in front of it who squeezed through a gap between a right turning car (which was stationary) and the kerb. When the VW got to the gap, it chose to not go through it. I could see that there was room, but I thought that the driver might not be too certain with the size of the gap.
The lights then changed but the VW went very slowly. At the lights, the VW started indicating left but went around the turn extremely slowly, so I decided just to overtake her (I was going straight on).

As I passed, I got a good look at the driver and she said "Are you in a rush?" or something along those lines as well as laughing. To which I replied "Hurry up".

There is some real numpties out there.

I always have some concern over cyclists who feel they have the right to criticise other for holding them up, but would take exception if the vehicle did the same to them!
