I dont think I got the point at the end across. 'She was laughing' Has noone realised what she was doing?

If she had been genuinely slow and cautious, then I wouldnt have cared much. But she was laughing and made a snide comment as I passed, meaning she was obviously doing it on purpose.

The point to the thread is that there are some people out there who think it is funny to purposely hold up traffic. Cycling does not hold up traffic as we populate a very small percentage of the lane and allow people to overtake with ease. This woman had not overtaken me previously and was just being obnoxious when she saw me in her mirror.

you should be on the stage, Matthew, with mind reading abilities like yours, you would make a fortune! - Maybe she thought you were just a bit of a dick for giving her an aggressive stare
In my Vespa days I was once filtering past two crawling lines of traffic on a dual carriageway. A black BMW driver saw me coming and moved to the right to block my path. So I went to the left around him. As I passed along the front of his car he sounded his horn. I looked at him and he was looking away, laughing.

I took pleasure in knowing that as I scooted off into the distance leaving his lardy behind sweating frustratedly in the queue, he wasn't a happy man.

Looking back, I wish I'd been tempted to open one of his back doors while I was passing, but that would have been naughty.
Not sure those words should be arranged in that order.

Maybe she was making sure you weren't nipping up the left hand side of her car, and her comment was one of surprise that you didn't wait a second or two while she turned.

No, her comment was ignorance and snide. I am going to post the vid so that everyone can make more accurate assumptions.

The possibility exists that she was being friendly to the car turning right and letting it turn in first but the right turning car decides to wait.

I hope you stopped before those amber lights turned red and then admonished them for delaying you, the nerve of them to turn red before you arrived.

My choice of words in these situations is never the best. I can never think quick enough on my feet to come up with a comment which will get my point across as well as calm the situation. For that reason, I felt it necessary to shout "Idiot" when I could have said "Dont be rude".
