I nearly got hit last week by a RLJ on a fixie at a set of lights near Taunton station.

Yes I swore at him - no he didn't hit me, just avoided me and fell off. If he hadn't fallen off the next thing on the road was a Corsa with a boy racer in it - would I have had any sympathy if he'd been hit by it?

Not sure.

I feel like a right Pollack for believing any of it.

Did the police check for dabs?

So who are all these people in London I see jumping red lights? I do see a lot of people doing that and yet no one admits to it!!! Like CoG says its the idiots with the yellow handlebars..............oh actualy I have yellow bars on one of my bikes!!!!!!! It's unfixed though

Not sure if the woman I saw is the same as the one on LFGSS, my one had a very skinny bum and a big full on mountain bike with suspension!!!!

I knew I was going to have to defend my POV on that one! I should have specified that it's the fixie riders you see doing the aforementioned 5mph who use the bike as a Duffy-style fashion accessory and have no consideration or concern for other road users.

Ohhh man, now yer talking I wish they all remotely resembled Duffy I would'nt mind them going at 5mph then!!!!!!

I jump red lights (sometimes) and I don't ride a fixed. It's important to maintain cosmic balance.
