Woman's Road bike

I'm after a reasonably priced road bike for a woman about 5' 6". It needs to have ergo shifters, but am not too concerned beyond that. I live near Norwich.

I have a nice frame and forks that would suit someone about that size.

Bought for me but realise it's just too small for me ( I am 5' 8")

I know you were after a whole bike so it's a long shot.
