Someone I work with has this conversation with us occasionally- right through to the current management structure of our work.
She thinks there'd be far less showboating/ c_ _ k comparisons and more actual real life work and progress made if there was even a 50:50 male female split, let alone all female.

I could say this about 95% of threads started on this forum!
Trouble is, for women to have become the leaders they would have to have taken a more aggresive (male?) attitude meaning that it probably wouldn't have been much difference.
