Woooo! 10,000 miles

I'm well chuffed, I've just put in 10,000 on the recumbent since I got it three years ago. I've been using other bikes as well, btw. Of course I failed to see the actual tick over of 16093 to 16094km, but still...

Oh, and got speed gunned by the police on the way home, only 16mph, but it was on the uphill bit past the airport.

Well done , my Sirrus has only done something like 6,500 mls since I bought it almost 3 years ago. I've got another month to do the 3,500 but some how I don't think that is likely .

Nice one BentMikey. Riding on a recumbent is so different but also just so enjoyable as well. Maybe I'll take mine out on a ride this weekend.....

Yeah I don't like the new fangled chains of today.As soon as you split them and join them you have an instant weak link.

Good going Mikey, never tried a bent myself (except for sitting in one at an LBS) but if that's your scene 'go for it' and tell us when the 20K is clocked up on the compunter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worked it out about the chains,as they are so bloody thin that's why you can't split and rejoin them.

Gonna ditch the 10 cog thingy.

Why are you on km? Im still on miles.
