hi kirstie

basic riding skills required this is not technical riding at all, based on fire tracks and bridleroutes.
basic maintenance and bike check.
navigations skills.
how to lead a ride, the techniques. where to position yourself around the group.
admin requirements. how to deal with incidents etc etc

it wasa worthwhile time and thoroughly enjoyable.
