Words of wisdom

[All uphill]

A year ago I went to a Buddhist place in Manchester, and was told-

"The quickest way from A to B is to stay at A".

Made sense to me, I spent years rushing around getting nowhere. Things only started to make progress when I stood still.

What words of wisdom can you share with us?
