At head office in a commuter belt town (but 20 minutes walk from the railway station), where house prices and rents are on the high side given our general salary levels, we have free parking for all, for the moment, but it often runs out. We're bringing 100 people back on site soon, and trying to work out how to provide parking or travel for all. There are external bikesheds, and about 30 regular cyclists out of 900 or so staff on site. We've got far more parking spaces than modern planning regs would allow by default, and it's only because we're a very big local employer that the council are willing to talk to us.
In the central London office (about 500 people working for three companies) there are a couple of carparking spaces which are mainly used by the CEO and the chairman of our company - the other companies are local branches of foreign groups. We have bike parking for about 40, and it's regularly close to full.
Other offices around the country are closer to the London office than head office in terms of provision.
