Thanks for the advice will do some stretches :smile:
preferably done while you are still warm. Built it in to your routine for walking, running and cycling.

I personally sometimes do my stretches when I get out of bed in the mornings just before my cycle commute, especially on cold mornings

My post cycle stretches come with my job when I get to work as its a very physical job :smile:
