This has to have been a concerted effort to create the worst film of all time that fails on every level. It was so bad, I had to watch it all to see if I could find one redeeming aspect. The scene where the two naive American lads go into a pub in London to find every lazy stereotype about English 'soccer hooligans' is offensive and shows Vinny Jones up for the poltroon he is. He should have politely pointed out to the director that no such thing exists but must have needed the money so bad, he kept his gormless gob shut.
