Worth a read regarding cyclist laws etc

I thought this was something every driver should be forced to read at least 300 times a week.

If we all shared this once a day on our facebook pages and encouraged others to do so maybe...just maybe...one of these idiot moron drivers will read it and wake up....might just save somebodies life.

The trouble with lots of the HC is that regarding cyclists it's full of 'shoulds' (advisory) as opposed to 'musts' (compulsory). The HC needs updating as it appears not fit for purpose in its current form.
