Worth reporting?

Close pass on recent commute.

Not malicious an elderly driver fairly slow pass perhaps 50 cm away.

My major concern is that the proximity of the pass suggests that this chap may have problems with judging car width &/or distances. Is it worth showing this to the police in case he shouldn't be driving for health reasons?

I'd report it simply because if he does it again he might do more damage.

He might not realise how bad his eyes are either.

I turn right off the A69 in to the road leading to our village about 100yds from the turning, which is well sign posted, I move carefully in to the centre of the road and three cars overtake me on the right and one on the left, the three on the right all doing excess speed. No wonder some cyclists only ride on pavements.
