Depends on the circumstances, RLJ then probably not, being in the wrong place through inexperience, then yes - especially against a Brighton & Hove bus or taxi driver!!!

Generally no but I saw a video on Sky 3 of someone getting beaten up on a bus and I think sometimes it's time to step in.

+1 This is about all you can do.

If cyclist being threatened and you step in and threaten driver then the tables are turned, but still a nasty situation, could easily become a vicious circle. First another driver steps in... then another cyclist... then before you know it there is a full scale cyclists v drivers riot. :arrow:

Depends - if they had RLJ'd, pushed a granny of her mobility scooter and then stopped in the middle of a box junction to light a fag, forcing a double-articulated lorry to do an emergency stop ... then my answer would be no!
