Our lovely little dog seems to be near the end of his life. We don't think he's in physical pain, but if there was a way I could take his suffering by God I'd do it and I wish I could

My brother and sister in law had their lovely 14 year Cocker Spaniel put down this week, they don't have kids, so their little dog has been the complete centre of their lives, its absolutely heart breaking, the whole extended family is in mourning.

Get a time machine and go back to change certain things in my life.
Either that or somehow get to re - live my life again, only knowing what I know now.
It could get a bit tedious though...

Whoever said that youth is wasted on the young was spot on!

I see, it's simply which way round your hands are. For me more strength with palms facing away is more useful eg for climbing

I had shoulder surgery last May and I towards the end of my rehab I started doing a few pull ups and got up to doing 5 sets of 5. I stopped doing them as I started climbing again and doing weights.
So on Saturday after climbing for an hour and half on my board in the garage I managed to do one with 20 lbs added.
So climbing makes you strong for pull ups but pull ups don’t make you strong for climbing.

I’d like to have words with the fox that rips open the bottom of my fence panels because it can’t be bothered to climb over. I’ve caught it on camera climbing over my fence on the right and sneak behind the summer house where the holes have appeared 🤬🤬🤬
I now know what he looks like if I see him again 😂
