Kettering station to be upgraded.Longer platform to accommodate longed trains and facilities.A short section of track just outside is to traighten a bend. Now for the WOW bit removing the bend will save 30 seconds between Kettering and London.The station will e closed for six days. Bus services will be provided from 7.15 am First train around 6 15 am.
No doubt the station need a revamp I suppose the commuters will eventually pay higher fares for saving 30 seconds.
